“Her medal may be bronze, but her heart is golden” – from brutallyhonest.org

Polish windsurfer, Zofia Noceti-Klepacka, who won a bronze medal at the 2012 London Games is going to sell it to help a young neighbor.
Before her trip to London, Noceti-Klepacka promised her 5-year-old neighbor that if she won a medal, she would auction it off to help with the girl’s Cystic Fibrosis treatments.
Little Zuzia has already undergone five operations and her mother struggles to buy the medicine Zuzia needs.
Cystic Fibrosis affects the lungs and other organs. There is no cure.
