Researchers Found Champagne Bubbles May Be The Answer To More Efficient Energy Production.

Champagne BubbleAccording to a new research Champagne could solve the ever growing need of energy in today’s world. The mechanism of opening a champagne bottle is going to help the scientists to develop a more efficient energy production system. Liquid of a champagne bottle is sprayed out when it is opened, which is known as “Ostwald ripening”. It was named under the scientist Friedrich Wilhelm Ostwald made the discovery in 1986. In an Ostwald ripening larger bubbles attack molecules from the smaller bubbles and grow even bigger.
