Students Celebrate Graduation With Random Acts of Kindness

June 6, 2015

random-acts-of-kindnessWith $400 in hand and a stack of note cards explaining their intentions, a group of eight eighth-graders from St. John the Baptist-Gildehaus School in Villa Ridge went around Washington Friday, May 22, performing random acts of kindness as a way to celebrate their graduation.

They left money at Schroeder’s Pharmacy to pay for customers’ prescriptions.

They bought flowers from Four Seasons Florist and delivered them to residents at Grandview Health Care.

They paid for a couple’s meal (fellow St. John’s-Gildehaus graduates, as it turned out) at Cowan’s Restaurant.
