Operation Chill: Chico police ‘ticket’ kids for good deeds

CHICO, Calif. – Chico Police are ticketing kids, but probably not for the reasons you expect.
Officers will be handing out free 7-Eleven Slurpee coupons to kids when they observe good behavior.
