Want to beat jetlag? A blast of fresh air could reset your circadian clock

It’s not until we’re hit with a mighty bout of jetlag that many of us even consider the effect our circadian rhythm plays on our lives. From the amount of light, to what we eat, researchers have now found oxygen levels play a key role, too.
