Researchers found that by that changing the concentration of oxygen in cells by 3% was enough to reset circadian rhythms
It’s not until we’re hit with a mighty bout of jetlag that many of us even consider the effect our circadian rhythm plays on our lives. From the amount of light, to what we eat, researchers have now found oxygen levels play a key role, too.
